Overview and scope

This Privacy Policy describes how SeenAI may collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the current marketing website, request-access flows, contact submissions, and other pre-product conversations started through this site.

This page is intended to describe the marketing experience and early commercial evaluation stage. If SeenAI provides product access, pilot access, API access, or a commercial agreement, the terms, disclosures, and operational commitments provided in those materials may add to or supersede parts of this summary for those services.

Information SeenAI may collect

SeenAI may collect information you choose to provide directly, such as your name, work email address, company name, job title, campaign or workflow context, and the contents of messages you send through contact or access-request channels. When using the product, SeenAI will also process video uploads, audio transcripts, and brand website URLs (via Brand Workspace) to provide AI analysis and feedback.

SeenAI may also collect technical and usage information generated through ordinary website operation, such as browser type, device information, approximate geolocation inferred from network information, referring pages, page views, clicks, timestamps, and similar diagnostic or analytics data.

If you begin a product, pilot, or technical integration discussion, you may also voluntarily share additional business information, such as intended use cases, technical requirements, procurement contacts, security questions, or examples of the kind of creative workflow you want to evaluate.

Sources of information

SeenAI may receive personal or business information directly from you, from colleagues acting on behalf of your organization, from systems that support website hosting and analytics, or from service providers that help operate communications, customer relationship management, scheduling, or security tooling.

SeenAI may also receive limited business-context information from publicly available sources, such as company websites, professional profiles, or referral introductions, when reasonably necessary to respond to an inbound request or continue a legitimate commercial conversation.

How SeenAI may use information

SeenAI may use collected information to operate and improve the marketing site, respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate about access, onboarding, or support. For product users, SeenAI uses uploaded videos and Brand Workspace context solely to generate feedback. We do not use customer video data to train foundation models.

SeenAI may also use information for internal analytics, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security monitoring, legal compliance, recordkeeping, and to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of SeenAI, its users, and third parties.

SeenAI limits its use of personal information to purposes that are relevant to the relationship or interaction at issue and avoids collecting or using information that is not reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose.

Disclosures to service providers and others

SeenAI may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, infrastructure, security, customer support, or similar operational systems, but only to the extent reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services on SeenAI's behalf.

SeenAI may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of the business.

Nothing in this policy is intended to suggest that SeenAI sells personal information in all contexts. If specific privacy rights or opt-out obligations apply to a particular data use, SeenAI will address those rights through the relevant notice, process, or supplemental disclosure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit contact details or other requested information, but some website features or response workflows may not function without the information reasonably needed to process your request.

Depending on where you live and the nature of SeenAI's data practices, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain uses of personal information. To make a privacy-related request, use the contact page and clearly identify the request so it can be routed appropriately.

SeenAI may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on certain requests, and may retain information necessary to document or comply with the outcome of that request.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

SeenAI may use cookies, local storage, pixels, session technologies, and similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, understand page performance, maintain security, and improve the site experience.

Your browser or device may provide controls that allow you to block or limit cookies and similar technologies. Disabling some technologies may affect how certain pages or interactive features behave.

Security and retention

SeenAI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, and SeenAI cannot guarantee absolute security.

SeenAI may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, maintain appropriate business records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or protect the platform and its stakeholders.

Children's privacy

The SeenAI marketing site is not intended for children, and SeenAI does not intend to knowingly collect personal information from children through the marketing experience.

If you believe information from a child has been submitted through the site in error, contact SeenAI so the matter can be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Changes to this policy

SeenAI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the site, business, legal requirements, or product offering evolves. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page with revised content reflecting current practices.

If a change materially alters how information is handled for a live customer or product process, SeenAI will address that change through the relevant product notice, contract, or customer communication rather than relying on this marketing summary alone.
